  • Download and use our mobile application (TagTeam Family), or any other application of ours that links to this Privacy Notice
  • Use TagTeam Family, a family collaboration and planning tool that helps couples manage their household responsibilities and conversations in a weekly cadence and energy insights tool.
  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any marketing or events

Questions or concerns? Reading this Privacy Notice will help you understand your privacy rights and choices. We are responsible for making decisions about how your personal information is processed. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use our Services. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us at help@tagteamfamily.com.

SUMMARY OF KEY POINTS

This summary provides key points from our Privacy Notice, but you can find out more details about any of these topics by clicking the link following each key point or by using our table of contents below to find the section you are looking for.

What personal information do we process? When you visit, use, or navigate our Services, we may process personal information depending on how you interact with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. Learn more about personal information you disclose to us.

Do we process any sensitive personal information? We do not ask for, and do not intentionally collect, sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, or religious beliefs. However, several features accept free-form text that you control, and if you connect a calendar we display the titles of your events (and, for a device calendar on Apple devices, briefly store them). Information you enter or synchronize may therefore incidentally include sensitive details, such as a medical appointment or a religious observance. We process that information only to provide the household planning features you have asked for. We do not analyze it to infer characteristics about you, and we never use it for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Do we collect any information from third parties? We collect limited information from a few third parties that help us operate the Services. When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email. When you subscribe, we receive your subscription and purchase status from the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat. When you reach our app through an advertisement, we may receive attribution or conversion information from advertising partners such as Meta and Google. Learn more in the sections below.

How do we process your information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent. We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so. Learn more about how we process your information.

In what situations and with which parties do we share personal information? We may share information in specific situations and with specific third parties. Learn more about when and with whom we share your personal information.

How do we keep your information safe? We have adequate organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Learn more about how we keep your information safe.

What are your rights? Depending on where you are located geographically, the applicable privacy law may mean you have certain rights regarding your personal information. Learn more about your privacy rights.

How do you exercise your rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by submitting a data subject access request, or by contacting us. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Want to learn more about what we do with any information we collect? Review the Privacy Notice in full.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us. Because TagTeam is designed for collaborative household use, information you enter into shared household features may be visible to your connected household partner. Users should not place information into shared household features unless they are comfortable sharing that information with the connected household member.

Personal Information Provided by You. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Services, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:

  • names
  • email addresses
  • passwords
  • contact preferences
  • contact or authentication data
  • household composition (children's names and ages)
  • employment status (self and partner)
  • household energy levels and household zone preferences
  • weekly planning data and task assignments
  • private notes and reflections

Information You Provide About Other People. TagTeam is a shared household tool, so some of the information you provide is about other people, not only yourself:

  • Your partner. When you invite a partner to your household, you give us their name and email address so we can send the invitation, before your partner has created an account. Before your partner joins, you can also plan with a placeholder partner, shown in the app as "Partner". Anything you enter for the placeholder partner, such as a work status, availability, zones, planning answers, shoutouts or flags, is stored as part of your household's planning information and is not linked to your partner's name or email address. If your partner accepts your invitation, they take over the placeholder partner: what you entered becomes part of their account, and they can review and change it. If your partner declines or does not accept within 14 days, we delete their name and email address; the placeholder partner stays in your household until you delete your account. If your partner accepts and creates an account, they become a user and control their own information from that point.
  • Children in your household. You may provide information about the children in your household, such as their names and ages, to organize household tasks and planning. We collect this information from you, the adult account holder, not from children directly. See "DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?" below.

If you provide personal information, calendar information, scheduling information, or other household information relating to another adult household member, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions, authorizations, or consents required by applicable law before providing that information through the Services.

Sensitive Information. We do not ask for or intentionally collect sensitive information. However, several features accept free-form text that you control, including private notes and reflections, zone notes, and household planning entries, and, if you connect a calendar, we display the titles of your calendar events (and, for a device calendar on Apple devices, briefly store them). Any of these may incidentally contain sensitive details, such as a medical appointment, a therapy session, or a religious observance. We process this information only to provide the household planning features you have asked for. We do not analyze it to infer health, religious, or other sensitive characteristics about you, we do not use it for advertising, profiling, or targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share it. If you would prefer that this information not be stored, do not connect a calendar that contains it and do not enter it into free-text fields.

Payment Data. We do not collect or store your payment card or other payment account information. When you purchase a subscription, all payment processing is handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription management provider, RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription status and related purchase information, never your card number or security code. You can review their privacy notices here: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/en-ww/, https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Social Login Data. We provide you with the option to register and sign in using your Apple or Google account. If you choose to do this, we will collect certain profile information about you from Apple or Google, as described in the section called “HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.

Application Data. If you use our application(s), we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:

  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's calendar and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
  • Connected Calendar Data. If you choose to connect a calendar, we access your calendar events so that the Services can show you and your household partner what your days already contain. We access connected calendar information on a read-only basis.
    • What we read and store. We read the list of your calendars so you can choose which ones to share with your household partner, and we keep each calendar's name and your share setting. On the calendars you share, we read only each event's title, its start and end time, and whether it is an all-day event. We do not read or store attendees, event locations, event descriptions or notes, attachments, conferencing links, or organizer details. For Google Calendar, events are read from Google each time you open a screen that shows them, and are not stored on our servers. For a device calendar on Apple devices, the events on calendars you share are kept on our servers for a short time so that your household partner can see them, as described below.
    • What your household partner sees. TagTeam is a shared household tool. The events on any calendar you connect, including their titles, dates, and times, are visible to the other member of your household. This is how the Services help you plan around each other, and it is the reason the feature exists. You should only connect a calendar whose contents you are comfortable sharing with your household partner. We tell you this before you connect a calendar, and you can disconnect at any time.
    • How long we keep it. Google Calendar events are not stored on our servers. Device calendar events are cached only for the planning cycle they relate to, and are deleted when that cycle closes. We do not keep a history of your calendar. Disconnecting a calendar deletes the cached events immediately, and deleting your account removes the connection and the cached events with it.
    • How we use it. We use connected calendar information solely to provide scheduling, planning, and household coordination features within the Services. We do not use calendar data for advertising, marketing, profiling, targeted advertising, or sale to third parties, and calendar content is never sent to our analytics, session recording, or crash reporting providers. We do not use information from Google Calendar or any other connected calendar to develop, improve, or train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. TagTeam staff do not read your calendar events, except with your permission (for example, when you ask us for help), where needed for security, or where the law requires it.
    • Who we share it with. We share calendar information only in two ways, both of which are needed to provide the feature: (1) with the other member of your household, who sees the event titles and times on the calendars you choose to share; and (2) with our cloud hosting and infrastructure provider, Supabase, whose servers run TagTeam and fetch your events from Google on your behalf. Supabase processes this data only on our instructions and under a written contract. We do not sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to anyone else, including advertisers, data brokers, analytics providers, or third-party artificial intelligence services.
    • How we protect it. Google user data, including your Google access credential, is encrypted in transit using TLS and encrypted at rest in our hosting provider's database. Access is restricted to the server functions that run the calendar feature: the app cannot read your Google credential back from our servers, your household partner can never see it, and access by TagTeam staff is limited as described above.
    • Your Google access credential. To read your Google Calendar events, we keep an access credential from Google until you disconnect. It is stored encrypted on our servers, is never read back by the app, and is never visible to your household partner. Disconnecting revokes TagTeam's access at Google and deletes the credential. You can also remove TagTeam's access at any time from your Google Account's permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

You may disconnect a calendar integration at any time through your account settings or the applicable third-party provider's permission controls. On Apple devices, you may also grant TagTeam access to your device calendar through your device's calendar permission (provided by Apple's EventKit framework). This device calendar access is read-only and may be granted or revoked at any time in your device settings.

  • Future Calendar Features. We may, in the future, offer optional features that allow users to create, modify, or delete events within connected calendar services. If such features become available, we will request any additional permissions required, provide appropriate disclosures, and update this Privacy Notice as necessary.
  • Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, device and application identification numbers, browser type and version, hardware model Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, and Internet Protocol (IP) address (or proxy server). If you are using our application(s), we may also collect information about the phone network associated with your mobile device, your mobile device’s operating system or platform, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, and information about the features of our application(s) you accessed.
  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not necessarily reveal your identity on its own, but may be associated with you (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

The information we collect includes:

  • Log and Usage Data. Log and usage data is service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect when you access or use our Services and which we record in log files. Depending on how you interact with us, this log data may include your IP address, device information, browser type, and settings and information about your activity in the Services (such as the date/time stamps associated with your usage, pages and files viewed, searches, and other actions you take such as which features you use), device event information (such as system activity, error reports (sometimes called "crash dumps"), and hardware settings).
  • Product Analytics and Session Recording. We use PostHog, our product analytics provider, to understand how the Services are used. This includes session recordings, which capture how you move through screens in the App so that we can find and fix usability problems. Text content is masked before a recording is created, so private notes, reflections, zone content, and calendar event titles are not captured in, or recoverable from, a recording. We do not record audio, and we do not use session recordings for advertising, profiling, or targeted advertising.
  • Device Data. We collect device data such as information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Services. Depending on the device used, this device data may include information such as your IP address (or proxy server), device and application identification numbers, location, browser type, hardware model, Internet service provider and/or mobile carrier, operating system, and system configuration information.
  • Location Data. We collect only approximate location, such as your city, region, or country, derived from your IP address, along with your device locale and time zone. We do not collect precise or GPS-based location. We use approximate location for analytics, security, and understanding where our users are located.
  • Algorithmic inferences and suggestions. (suggestions for household task distribution, generated by our own logic)
  • Subscription and purchase behavior. (subscription state, trial conversion, churn data via RevenueCat)
  • Conversion and attribution data. (events sent to Meta/Google for ad tracking when applicable)

Google API

TagTeam's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with law. We may also process your information for other purposes with your consent.

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To facilitate account creation and authentication and otherwise manage user accounts. We may process your information so you can create and log in to your account, as well as keep your account in working order.
  • To deliver and facilitate delivery of services to the user. We may process your information to provide you with the requested service.
  • To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may process your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the requested service.
  • To send administrative information to you. We may process your information to send you details about our products and services, changes to our terms and policies, and other similar information.
  • To enable user-to-user communications. We may process your information if you choose to use any of our offerings that allow for communication with another user.
  • To request feedback. We may process your information when necessary to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Services.
  • To send you marketing and promotional communications. We may process the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt out of our marketing emails at any time. For more information, see "WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?" below.
  • To measure and improve our marketing and advertising. We may process limited information to understand how people find TagTeam and how our marketing and advertising campaigns perform, including attribution and conversion data from advertising partners. We do not display third-party advertising inside the App.
  • To evaluate and improve the Services. We may process information about how you use the Services to identify usage trends and to evaluate and improve our features, products, and your experience.
  • To comply with our legal obligations. We may process your information to comply with our legal obligations, respond to legal requests, and exercise, establish, or defend our legal rights.
  • To generate algorithmic suggestions for household task distribution. These suggestions are generated by our own logic to help you plan and balance household tasks.
  • To facilitate household coordination between invited partners. We process your information so you and your invited partner can plan and share household responsibilities.
  • To process subscription and trial information. We process subscription and trial information through the Apple App Store and Google Play to manage your subscription.
  • Calendar Data Restrictions. Information obtained from Google Calendar APIs or other connected calendar services is used solely to provide and improve calendar-related functionality requested by the user. We do not use such information for advertising purposes, to create advertising profiles, to sell personal information, or to serve targeted advertising. Our use of Google user data is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We may share information in specific situations described in this section and/or with the following third parties.

Vendors, Consultants, and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents ("third parties") who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. We have contracts in place with our third parties, which are designed to help safeguard your personal information. This means that they cannot do anything with your personal information unless we have instructed them to do it. They will also not share your personal information with any organization apart from us. They also commit to protect the data they hold on our behalf and to retain it for the period we instruct.

The third parties we may share personal information with are as follows:

  • Advertising, Direct Marketing, and Lead Generation: Meta/Facebook
  • Retargeting Platforms: Meta/Facebook Custom Audiences
  • Cloud Computing, Data Storage, and Infrastructure: Supabase
  • Product Analytics and Session Recording: PostHog
  • Crash and Error Reporting: Sentry
  • Communicate and Chat with Users: Resend and Loops
  • User Account Registration, Authentication, and Calendar Connection: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Google Calendar API (read-only, when you connect a calendar)
  • Invoice and Billing: Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat
  • Compliance and Consent Infrastructure: Termly.io
  • Push Notifications and Messaging: Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android) and Apple Push Notification service (iOS)

We also may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
  • Your Household Partner. TagTeam is designed for two partners to share household information. When you and your partner are connected in a household, the content you create for the household, such as tasks, schedules, energy check-ins you choose to share, and other household information, is visible to the other partner so you can coordinate together. If you connect a calendar, the events on that calendar, including their titles, dates, and times, are also visible to your household partner. Content you keep private, such as your private notes, is not shared with your partner unless you choose to share it. TagTeam has no public areas, and we do not make your information public to other users or post it to third-party websites.
  • Relationship Changes and Household Membership. Because TagTeam is designed for collaborative household use, certain household information may be shared between connected household members. The Services are built around two partners, so if one household member deletes their account or it is terminated, the shared household is scheduled for deletion: the other member is notified, and the request may be cancelled during the grace period described in the App and our Terms and Conditions. If it is not cancelled, both members' accounts and the household's shared content are deleted within the timeframes described in the "HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?" section below. If your household is using a placeholder partner, there is no other member to notify, and the placeholder partner is deleted with the household. Private content that is not shared with the household remains private to the user who created it and is never disclosed to the other member. Additional information regarding account termination and shared household content is available in our Terms and Conditions.

4. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.

Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your Apple or Google account. Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from Apple or Google. The profile information we receive may vary, but typically includes your name and email address, and, if available, your profile picture. We do not receive a friends or contacts list.

We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this Privacy Notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy notice to understand how they collect, use, and share your personal information, and how you can set your privacy preferences on their sites and apps.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 90 days past the termination of the user's account. Connected calendar data is kept for a much shorter period. Google Calendar events are not stored on our servers. Device calendar events are cached only for the planning cycle they relate to and are deleted when that cycle closes, when you disconnect the calendar, or when you delete your account, whichever comes first. The Google access credential is kept until you disconnect or delete your account.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

6. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Information received from Google APIs, including your Google access credential, is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access to it is limited to the systems that run the calendar feature. See "Connected Calendar Data" in section 1 for details.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

The Services are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. The Services are not designed for use by anyone under 18, and children do not create accounts or use the Services.

As described in the "WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?" section, an adult account holder may provide information about the children in their household, such as a child's name and age, to organize household tasks. That information is provided by, and is the responsibility of, the adult account holder, and is not collected from the child. If we learn that a person under 18 has created an account, or that we have collected account information directly from a child under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete that information. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us personal information directly, please contact us at help@tagteamfamily.com.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:  You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time, depending on your country, province, or state of residence.

Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. However, we may still communicate with you — for example, to send you service-related messages that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes.

Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

  • Log in to your account settings and update your user account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our legal terms and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

If you have questions or comments about your privacy rights, you may email us at help@tagteamfamily.com.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. However, where you use a browser that transmits an opt-out preference signal such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat that signal as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.

10. DO UNITED STATES RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you and how we have processed it, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw your consent to our processing of your personal information. These rights may be limited in some circumstances by applicable law. More information is provided below.

We may also collect other personal information outside of these categories through instances where you interact with us in person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of:

  • Receiving help through our customer support channels;
  • Participation in customer surveys or contests; and
  • Facilitation in the delivery of our Services and to respond to your inquiries.

We retain each category of personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Because the Services are shared between household partners, the retention period depends on the type of information:

  • Account and identity information (Categories A, B, and I) and your private content and inferences (Categories F and K): deleted within 90 days after you delete your account or it is terminated.
  • Shared household content, which may include Categories A, F, G, and K to the extent shared with your partner: retained while at least one member of the household maintains an active account, and deleted within 90 days after the last member's account is closed.
  • Connected calendar data: Google Calendar events are not stored on our servers. Device calendar events are cached only for the planning cycle they relate to and deleted when that cycle closes, when you disconnect the calendar, or when you delete your account, whichever comes first. The Google access credential is kept until you disconnect or delete your account.
  • Commercial and transaction information (Category D), such as subscription and purchase history: retained as long as required to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
  • Geolocation data (Category G): deleted within 90 days after your account is deleted. Some of our service providers, including the Apple App Store, Google Play, and RevenueCat, retain transaction and subscription information under their own retention policies, which we do not control. Residual copies may remain in routine backups for a limited period after deletion and are overwritten on our standard backup cycle.
